Available delivery destinations, delivery options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in the order.

Order processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will send further information when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Where a delivery estimate is available, it is shown during checkout or in your order communications. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Order page for guidance.

Delivery availability

If no delivery option is offered for your address at checkout, we are not currently able to accept that order for delivery to that destination.
